Just go to this page on Christianbook.com and scroll down. I sorted by Price, and this should land you on page 4. If you don't see what you're looking for, check pages 3 and/or 5. Look for the ones that say "2 volumes" to be sure you're getting both the textbook and answer key.
Page 1 has some of the Multimedia CD Roms for $1.99. To my knowledge, these have things like short animated illustrations and vocabulary pronunciation.
